Tectura announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all the assets of Euroinfo Systems (EIS), India’s leading Microsoft Dynamics partner and international IT services provider. Microsoft European Convergence kicks off on Monday and although the US Convergence has been running for years, this is the first time it will be held in Europe and promises to be an exciting 3 days.  Tectura EMEA has over 60 customers attending and 33 staff members who are all on hand to ensure our customers make the most of their time in Munich.  Tectura UK are delighted that our customer OCCAR will be presenting at the Convergence - talking about their success with Dynamics NAV and their Tectura partnership.

Tectura has a program of events planned for Convergence, including a traditional Bavarian evening hosted by Terry Petrzelka (Tectura CEO), for all customers, Tectura staff and key Microsoft representatives.  All Tectura customers will also receive their own welcome pack /guide and has as specific Tectura host.  As a platinum sponsor Tectura has a stand in the Convergence Expo—which will be the main Tectura meeting point throughout the event with competitions and entertainment running for the 3 days.
